Latest container information
We have just had notification from Kuehene & Nagel that the next container of chairs is now due to arrive in Southampton on or about 8th February. All outstanding orders will be dispatched by Monday 13th February.
The last consignment of chairs for Europe arrived in Rotterdam on the 20th December and all orders were dispatched prior to Christmas. We have another container of chairs on the water and another in production, which is due to be completed and shipped by the end of next month, so very shortly we should have sufficient stock to cater for all immediate requirements, both here and abroad!

Latest container information
We have just had notification from Kuehene & Nagel that the next container of chairs is now due to arrive in Southampton on or about 14th December. We are well aware that there a number of dealers waiting for stock to arrive, but we give you our assurances that all orders will be dispatched before Christmas.....weather permitting!
The next consignment of chairs destined for Europe is on the water, having left Sydney last night, and is due for arrival in Rotterdam on or about the 20th December. We have another container of chairs in production, which is due to be completed and shipped by the end of next month, so very shortly we should have sufficient stock to cater for all immediate requirements, both here and abroad!

RehaCare: Dusseldorf 2011
Just to let you know what an outstanding exhibition we had at REHACARE International 2011 which was held at the Messe Dusseldorf Exhibition Centre on the 21st – 24th September 2011. We had our new exhibition stand on display, which looked absolutely stunning. Many thanks to Caroline and Terry at Bubble Creative Solutions for organising everything at such short notice. The photo’s will be posted on this site shortly. Shane Janicki the R & D Manager from Hills Healthcare, was with us at the show, going through the development of the new products due to be released at REHACARE in 2012.....exciting stuff.....watch this space!

The South West Disability Show 2011 – Exeter
We are pleased to confirm that we will be exhibiting at the above trade show. Not only will we be having a stand alone stand, but we are providing all equipment for the Tissue Viability lectures, as well as the patient handling seminars.
The South West Disability show is the regions largest exhibition promoting independent living for people with all forms of disability.

Latest container information
We have had two containers in since we last posted advice in the ‘News’ section! The next container is due to arrive in Southampton on or about 10th June, but this notice will only be of interest to our hoist dealers. There is another container of hoists arriving about a week later, so all back orders for hoists should be satisfied by the end of June. The next consignment of chairs is on the water and another left Sydney last night. We have another two containers in production, so very shortly we should have sufficient stock to cater for all immediate requirements.

Latest container information
The latest container has arrived and all orders as part of that consignment have been dispatched. The next container is due to arrive in Southampton on Saturday 2nd April, and we are due to take delivery at our Newton Abbot warehouse on Wednesday 6th April. Andy will be making a mercy dash from the Naidex Exhibition to ship out all outstanding orders.....Night Freight are on standby, and are due to collect and dispatch all orders on the same day!

Consignment Due
The next consignment of stock into the UK is due to arrive on or about the 17th March, so all outstanding orders will be dispatched well before the end of the month. We are holding plenty of stock of most other items, and are only short of Compact Rise and Recline Chairs, due to a very large order for which were able to supply in its entirety.....Oh! how times have changed!

Installation Complete!
If you haven’t heard from Andy in a while, there is a simple and logical explanation.....he has been unboxing, assembling and installing a container load of product for a newly completed Carehome. The consignment included: shower trolleys, shower commodes, examination couches, the new KH 401 UK DU power driven hoists, as well as the free-wheeling standard model, slings, beds and air pressure mattresses, to name but a few of the exciting products that were supplied and commissioned.

Product Update: Kerry Equipment
Just to let all purchasers and specifiers of the KH 406 DU, there has been on-going development with the R & D Department in Perth, and all hoists will now be supplied with an X-yoke which incorporates a safety clip on each arm. The move away from the standard ‘coat hanger’ has come after much research and Client feedback, globally. The images of the new yoke will available on our web site shortly.
This notification is for general circulation, and each individual buyer has advised of the change in specification.
Please note that we now also carry in stock the KH 40 WS weigh scale, but this available only with the ‘coat hanger’ yoke.
The next consignment of hoists is due to arrive ex Perth on or about 18th April 2011, some three weeks ahead of the original schedule!

WEATHER ALERT!... Delivery Delays
We have been advised of potential problems at Southampton port at the end of this week, with further snow and sub-zero temperatures forecast for Thursday and Friday.
As a precaution the Port has cancelled all vehicle booking slots from 1800 hours on Thursday 16th December through the entire day of Friday 17th December. At this stage we are not sure how this will impact upon deliveries already scheduled for Friday but it is expected that delays will be inevitable.
We will update you further once more updates have become available.
Currently there are no similar announcements for other UK ports.

Container Arrival
The latest container has arrived, this time only three days behind schedule...things are improving! The vessel docked last night and we are expecting to have the container cleared through customs by the close of business on Thursday. We expect to take delivery of the said container in Newton Abbot on Friday 17th December, with all back orders being dispatched by Monday...subject to the weather, which doesn’t look too promising at this stage.

Container finally arrives
The latest container has finally arrived, having been delayed for ten days due to bad weather conditions. The vessel docked last night and we are expecting to have the container cleared through customs by the close of business today. We expect to take delivery of the said container in Newton Abbot on Thursday 18th November, with all back orders being dispatched on Friday. Our apologies for the delay, but the circumstances were completely beyond our control.

European & Middle East connections grow stronger for Apollo
David is in Düsseldorf at the Medica exhibition on the 16th November for three days meeting up with dealers from Germany, France, Holland, Belgium, Bahrain, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi. Things are really progressing for Apollo in Europe and the Middle East and consignment stock is on the water!

Consignment Due
The next consignment of stock into the UK is due to arrive on or about the 9th December, so all orders will be dispatched well before Christmas. There has been a delay in production in Perth due to design modifications and improvements to the KH401 DU-UK, so the next hoist consignment will be leaving Freemantle the week prior to Christmas, with arrival in Felixstow expected on or about 20th January 2011.
